History[edit | edit source]

"Children of the Gods" (1997)[edit | edit source]

After their return from Abydos, Jack O'Neill brings Daniel Jackson in his home in the hope to change his mind. There, if brings a second cold beer to Jackson and the two resume their conversation. Soon after, Jackson, having just taken a mouthful of beer, states that this thing "is going straight to [his] head". O'Neill says that Jackson has had only one beer and that he is "a cheaper date than [his] wife was".
